ABOUT NORTHVIEW ATHLETICS
Fun. Active. Welcoming.
Our mission is simple: to make Jesus known by training athletes who grow in character, excel in competition, and carry their faith beyond the game, while winning the right way.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Move Better. Compete Harder.
Speed and agility aren’t just physical traits — they’re skills. This clinic is built for middle school and high school athletes who want to move more efficiently and compete at a higher level across any sport. Through high-energy drills, reaction training, acceleration work, and game-speed movement instruction, athletes will leave each session faster, sharper, and more confident than when they walked in.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
EASILY ANSWERED.
Who is this clinic for?
Middle school athletes ages 11–13 and high school athletes ages 14 and older. Both groups train separately to ensure the instruction and intensity fit each age level.
What sports does this apply to?
All of them. The movement skills taught — acceleration, reaction, agility, and game-speed efficiency — translate directly to basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, track, and beyond.
What does a typical session look like?
Each session combines high-energy drills, reaction training, acceleration work, and game-speed movement instruction. The goal every day is to make athletes move better than they did when they arrived.
What days do athletes train?
Middle school athletes train Monday and Wednesday. High school athletes train Tuesday and Thursday. Both groups have a choice of 12:00 PM or 4:00 PM each training day.
How many athletes are in each session?
Middle school sessions cap at 12 athletes. High school sessions cap at 15. Sessions require a minimum of 5 athletes to run — if a session doesn’t hit that number, we may need to combine time slots.
Can my athlete register for both sessions?
Yes. Session 1 runs May 27 through June 18 and Session 2 runs June 22 through July 16. Each session is $210 and registered separately.
Are there any dates off during Session 2?
Yes. There are no sessions on July 1 or July 2.
Where does training take place?
All sessions are held at The Crash — 8766 E 96th Street, Fishers, IN 46037.
MEET THE COACH

Jeke Jenness
Speed & Agility Coach
I’m Jake Jenness, a Sports Performance & Nutrition Coach and founder of Apollo Athletics.
I grew up playing football, baseball, and track, which sparked my passion for athletic development and led me to study Kinesiology at Indiana University before working in Division I strength & conditioning, private performance facilities, and health clubs.
Now I help athletes of all levels get faster, stronger, more explosive, and more resilient through individualized performance training, strength coaching, nutrition, and data-driven tracking.
Outside the facility:
- Dog dad to Charlie & Ruby
- Rec league softball competitor
- Big hiking/outdoors guy
- Lifelong athlete who still loves the process
Excited to be part of the community and looking forward to getting to work!
